This Halloween my friend Wilson and I did sugar skulls in honour of Día de Muertos. Naturally, I brought craft beer featuring beautiful skulls. This bottle of Motley Cru 2015, a Sour Red Ale Aged in Barrels with Ontario Pinot Noir Grapes, has been aging since March (not to mention this blend had already been aged 1-3 years), and it is rich winey perfection right now.
